Our mission is to simplify companies’ OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) management by delivering comprehensive and customized solutions. **SOC Analyst – System Implementation** We are seeking an **SOC Analyst** to directly handle the **implementation, configuration, automation, and technical support of the SOC system**, a platform used for comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management. This professional will be responsible for ensuring configurations meet tender requirements, client needs, and internal demands, guaranteeing **legal compliance**, **standardization**, **data intelligence**, and **operational efficiency**. **Responsibilities** * Perform **full SOC system implementation**, configuring modules, workflows, permissions, integrations, and general parameters; * Interpret contracts, service scopes, and operational requirements to configure the SOC system per project; * Ensure all OSH-related processes are aligned with the system (PGR, LTCAT, PPP, ASO, KPIs, scheduling, eSocial, etc.); * Integrate the SOC system with HR systems and other platforms, as needed; * Configure and administer **SocNet**, including registration and management of service providers; * Develop and test automated routines, rules, triggers, and configurations to optimize processes; * Train internal teams on correct system usage; * Provide technical and operational support to OSH, SESMT, HR, and accreditation teams; * Monitor platform updates and implement improvements; * Develop documentation, user manuals, and process flowcharts; * Conduct internal platform audits to ensure data consistency, security, and legal compliance. **Requirements** * Prior experience with the **SOC system** (implementation, configuration, or advanced usage); * Solid knowledge of **OSH** (PGR, LTCAT, PPP, eSocial, hazards, PPEs, medical examinations, PCMSO, etc.); * Ability to interpret legislation, standards, and occupational safety and health processes; * Experience with corporate systems, process configuration, and automation; * Logical analysis and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication and teaching abilities, with ease in training users; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience integrating SOC with HR systems; * Prior experience in SESMT or related areas; * Knowledge of BI or data analytics tools. **What We Seek in This Profile** A person who is: * **Proactive** and enjoys solving problems; * **Highly organized**, capable of managing multiple tasks; * A **strong communicator**, able to translate technical issues for operational teams; * **Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement**; * Passionate about **technology**, automation, and process optimization; * **Patient and collaborative**, as they will work closely with diverse teams.
