Identify requests, analyze situations and provide clear and efficient guidance. Perform problem diagnosis and resolution, monitoring each interaction until its conclusion. Collaborate with internal teams for adjustments, improvements and implementation of solutions. Ensure a satisfactory service experience aligned with partners’ needs. * **Requirements:** Proactive profile, strong communication skills — including with other departments — attention to detail, organizational skills and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
