




**Responsibilities:** * People management and leadership of administrative, operational, and customer service teams. * Monitoring of financial, accounting, and tax controls. * Organization and maintenance of internal spreadsheets and performance indicators. * Direct support to the executive board and execution of administrative processes. * Public service and relationship management with members. * Planning and decentralization of activities, ensuring smooth daily operations. * Support in organizing events, procurement, contracts, and institutional requests. **Technical Knowledge and Behavioral Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. * Knowledge of planning and organization. * Interpersonal relationship skills, delegation, communication, decision-making, and conflict management.
