**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code Responsible for operating and monitoring systems that generate and distribute essential resources (utilities) required for the industrial plant’s operation, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient production. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Boiler Operation: Start up, monitor, and control boiler pressure, temperature, and water level (steam and/or hot water) to meet production demand. * Power Generation: Monitor and operate electrical power generators, if applicable, and substations to ensure reliable energy supply. * Water Treatment: Operate water treatment plants (WTP) and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), perform chemical analyses and adjustments to maintain water quality and ensure environmentally compliant effluent discharge. * Refrigeration Systems: Monitor and operate refrigeration systems to supply compressed air and process cooling. * Basic Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections, identify and report anomalies, and perform minor repairs or first-level preventive maintenance on utility equipment. * Safety and Environment: Comply with occupational safety regulations (especially NR-13 for pressure vessels) and environmental guidelines, and record utility consumption and production data. **Requirements:** **You may stand out if you have:** * Completed high school education. * Technical training in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Chemistry, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience operating boilers and/or industrial utility systems. * Knowledge of and ability to apply safety regulations. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Education allowance, Profit-sharing program, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation assistance, Meal vouchers
