If you are passionate about ensuring excellence standards, have an analytical mindset, and enjoy being close to production operations, this opportunity is for you! **Job responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits (5S, GMP+, and other quality management systems), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Support external audits and handle internal and external non-conformities, developing and monitoring action plans until closure. * Manage quality and corporate documents (MAPA, certificates, records, and others). * Monitor legislation and applicable legal requirements for the industry, ensuring updates and compliance with regulatory agencies. * Support pest control and other quality and safety programs. * Develop and monitor quality indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions for production processes. * Manage calibration and control of equipment and measuring instruments. * Use data analysis and management tools to monitor results and support decision-making. * Participate in quality culture and engagement campaigns, promoting best practices in operational areas. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production, Agronomy, or related fields. * Previous experience in food, vegetable oil, or agribusiness industries. * Experience with quality management systems (GMP+, 5S, ISO, Good Manufacturing Practices). * Availability to work in Pato Branco/PR. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Education allowance, Profit sharing, On-site meal, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal allowance
