Junior Logistics Analyst

We are looking for a professional to work as a Junior Logistics Analyst, joining our Logistics team. The position is based in São Lourenço do Oeste/SC, in an on-site model. A Taste of What You’ll Do **Data Analysis and Management:** Ensure data integrity, consistency, and validation by using analytical and integration tools to provide structured information in databases and BI systems; **Monitoring and Development of Logistics Indicators:** Create, track, and analyze KPIs for logistics and transportation operations, identifying deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement to support decision-making and process efficiency; **Information Flow Management:** Act as a bridge between internal departments and logistics operators, ensuring the collection, updating, and consolidation of necessary data to maintain the quality and reliability of analyses and reports. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics or Business Administration. Prior experience in Analytics and in the logistics transportation field. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI. Valid Class B driver's license (active). Analytical, communicative profile with a results-driven orientation.
