Description: * EDUCATION: Completed High School; * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Technical education (Mechanics, Logistics, or related fields); Current forklift operation certification; WORK SCHEDULE: 4X4 shift pattern YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Unitizing and de-unitizing general cargo in warehouses, containers, railcars, trailers, and ships; * Assisting in berthing and unberthing operations; * Performing general cleaning and organization of the yard, dock, warehouses, containers, scales, and trailer/cargo lashing; * Loading and unloading cargo to/from warehouses, ships, and the yard; * Verifying container seal numbers and damage; * Assisting in cargo reception, withdrawal, loading, unloading, storage, and handling activities; * Assisting in assembling and disassembling lifting equipment for cargo hoisting; * Attaching and detaching twist locks; * Attaching and detaching general cargo and overweight containers; * Opening and closing container doors for inspections; * Maintenance and repair of pallets; * Complying with procedures applicable to the assigned tasks; * Complying with the Company’s quality, environment, health, and safety programs; * Contributing to continuous improvement processes within your scope of work. 251215020220862904
