Administrative and pedagogical support to teachers **Job Description – Pedagogical Coordination Assistant** The Pedagogical Coordination Assistant will provide support to the coordination team’s administrative and pedagogical activities, contributing to the organization of the school routine, student monitoring, and teacher support, ensuring the smooth functioning of the institution’s educational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the pedagogical coordination team with daily school routines; * Support monitoring of student attendance, performance, and behavior; * Contact parents and guardians as needed, conveying information and guidance; * Assist in scheduling, lesson timetables, and pedagogical events; * Provide administrative and pedagogical support to teachers; * Maintain organized and up-to-date pedagogical records and documents; * Support student and guardian reception and welcoming. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education, or * Currently enrolled in a Pedagogy or Teacher Training undergraduate program; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, proactivity, and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in teams and interact with the public. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a school environment; * Basic knowledge of pedagogical and administrative routines.
