Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality of developed solutions by analyzing requirements, executing and documenting tests to deliver stable and reliable products. Key Highlights: 1. Continuously improves processes and solution delivery Founded in 2008, Webposto was created to optimize the daily operations of fuel stations. Our product, webPosto, is designed to streamline operations from the fuel pump to the convenience store. Today, our management system is a market reference and serves thousands of fuel stations across all Brazilian states. **QA TEST ANALYST** Responsible for ensuring the quality of developed solutions through planning, execution, and documentation of functional, regression, and exploratory tests. Performs requirement analysis, identifies and logs defects, and develops test plans and test cases—ensuring products meet technical, functional, and user experience criteria. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve processes and deliver stable, reliable solutions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop test plans, scripts, and test cases; * Execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests; * Log, classify, and track defects; * Review technical artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams); * Automate critical test scenarios (desirable); * Monitor quality metrics (defect rate, test coverage, regressions); * Support internal quality training **Technical Requirements**: **Education**: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Postgraduate Degree and/or Specialization (Preferred)**: Software Testing, Software Quality, Test Automation, etc. **Additional Courses**: API Testing (Postman, RestAssured), Basic SQL and database knowledge (PostgreSQL), Test Automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.), Agile Testing/Scrum Fundamentals, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Experience**: Proven experience in software testing and software quality management (APIs using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or RestAssured); Familiarity with BDD; Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, security, usability); Experience with continuous integration and automated test pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). ***On-site position – Vila Velha/ES***
