




Job Summary: An HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, personnel administration, and organizational climate, with emphasis on development and internal support. Organizational climate monitoring and training planning **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * End-to-end recruitment and selection; * Onboarding and terminations; * Review and updating of internal documents; * Benefits administration: health plan, dental plan, life insurance, food allowance, meal voucher, transportation voucher, extras, uniforms, etc. * Personnel Administration (PA): vacation control and management, time bank, payroll closing. * ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) control; * Training planning; * Organizational climate monitoring; * Other related activities. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in People Management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Canva; **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Planning and Organization * Critical Analysis and Problem Solving * Clear Interpersonal Communication * Adaptability and Flexibility Compensation: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
