We seek a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who values sound safety and sustainability practices in the workplace. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform fleet tire maintenance and repair; * Maintain rubber shop equipment; * Prevent material waste; * Contribute to reducing water and energy consumption; * Properly sort generated waste; * Report situations that may impact the environment or occupational health and safety. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail.
