Job Summary: A professional responsible for administering and evolving the IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security of on-premise and Microsoft Azure environments. Key Highlights: 1. On-premise infrastructure and Microsoft Azure management 2. Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration 3. IT security with Fortinet, Kaspersky, Azure Backup, and Zabbix A professional responsible for administering and evolving the IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security of **on\-premise and Microsoft Azure cloud** environments. * Manages servers, networks, storage, and corporate services; * Administers **Active Directory and Entra ID**, as well as **domains and email via Microsoft 365;** * Implements and manages **Fortinet firewall** and **Kaspersky antivirus**, maintaining up-to-date security policies; * Operates **backup and Disaster Recovery** solutions using **Azure Backup**, and monitors the environment with **Zabbix;** * Uses **GLPI** as an ITSM tool for incident, change, and asset management; * Provides support and performs maintenance on the **TOTVS RM ERP** infrastructure, ensuring system stability and integration; * Automates routines using **PowerShell and Python;** * Prepares technical documentation and contributes to modernization and Azure migration projects, following **ITIL and ISO 27001** best practices.
