Job Summary: A professional responsible for measurements, planning, budgeting, technical specifications, as well as site visits and on-site support. Key Highlights: 1. Performing construction measurements and quantity takeoffs 2. Planning, budgeting, and quantification surveys 3. Defining final product specifications and procurement techniques RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform construction measurements and quantity takeoffs; * Report project progress to the Technical Director; * Conduct technical site visits; * Address on-site requirements; * Calibrate and verify measuring instruments; * Planning; * Budgeting; * Quantification surveys; * Define final product specifications; * Prepare technical procurement specifications; * Assist in raw material receiving; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1.600,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Industrial Construction?
