Or refer someone you know who excels in this area **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Extract data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, databases, APIs, media platforms); * Build, update, and maintain performance indicators in **Power BI**; * Ensure accuracy of KPIs related to advertising and digital performance; * Support the campaign team with analyses that add value to operations and the commercial team; * Present analyses and dashboards to strategic audiences, including managers, directors, and C-level executives; * Participate in developing solutions for data integration between systems (Ad Manager, Meta Ads, among others); * Create executive presentations (PowerPoint) with a strategic view of results; * Conduct performance studies focused on **TV, radio, and digital**; * Work with **Power Query** for data structuring and automation; * Build predictive models and/or advanced analyses to support indicator improvement; * Independently diagnose performance bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Statistics**, **Engineering**, **Mathematics**, **Data Science**, **Information Systems**, or related fields. * Complementary courses in **Data Analysis**, **Business Intelligence**, **Media**, or related areas will be considered advantageous. * Practical experience with **Power BI** (data modeling, DAX, creation of interactive dashboards); * Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic macros, modeling); * Advanced **SQL** knowledge for data extraction and manipulation; * Experience in database structuring, analysis of large volumes of data, and system integration; * Ability to transform data into strategic narratives and actionable insights; * Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of advertising metrics and KPIs (boosting, viewability, CTR, etc.); * Prior experience with platforms such as **Google Ad Manager**, **Meta Ads**, **Google Analytics**, or similar. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience automating data workflows via APIs; * Experience in Revenue Ops, Business Intelligence, or Digital Performance environments; * Experience with advertising campaign data across **TV, radio, and digital**; * Basic knowledge of programming languages such as **Python** or **R** for predictive analytics; * Prior experience in media or communications organizations. **Additional Information** **Check out the benefits you’ll enjoy as a Gazeter:** Unimed health insurance; Unimed dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Subscription to A Gazeta website + Clube A Gazeta, offering exclusive advantages with various partners; One paid day off to celebrate your birthday; On-site massage therapy with biweekly sessions; Skeelo, an online reading platform offering e-books and audiobooks; Student financing for employees, per company policy; Childcare allowance (for children up to 4 years old); Wellhub: (Gympass is now Wellhub!)
