**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday 08:00 \- 18:00, Friday 08:00 \- 17:00 **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a Performance Manager to lead data-driven strategies, connecting market intelligence with commercial results. This person will be responsible for transforming metrics and analyses into strategic actions that drive growth, enhance team performance, and support more accurate business decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **KPI Management:** Define, monitor, and present key commercial performance indicators (Sell\-in, Sell\-out, Coverage, Activation). * **Market Analysis:** Interpret audit data (e.g., Scanntech) to identify market share opportunities and consumer trends. * **Decision Support:** Provide executive reports and insights to the commercial leadership and field management teams. * **IT Interface:** Ensure data source integrity and dashboard automation (Power BI, Targit). * **Data Culture:** Promote data usage across the commercial team, training staff to make evidence-based decisions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience in data analysis applied to retail or distribution. * Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI is a plus). * Knowledge of SQL and manipulation of large datasets.
