We seek an analytical, organized, and continuous-improvement-oriented Process Analyst with skills to identify inefficiencies and propose practical, sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gathering and documenting current processes (AS IS). Redesigning and proposing ideal processes (TO BE). Identifying bottlenecks, waste, and operational risks. Creating flowcharts, procedures, and control matrices. Supporting implementation of improvements and monitoring results. Aligning with internal teams to validate changes. Participating in digital transformation or automation initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis and improvement. Knowledge of tools such as Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalents. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong technical writing skills. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency and expertise in performance indicators. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages:* Portuguese (Native) * English (Intermediate)
