




Job Summary: Operator to work with plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machines, consulting drawings, beveling and gouging parts, and safeguarding materials and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with occupational safety standards **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machines; * Consult drawings and specifications; * Follow procedures for handling consumables; * Visually inspect consumables at the worksite; * Bevel parts; * Pre-heat parts using a torch; * Gouge parts; * Adjust the torch; * Clean the torch nozzle; * Select the appropriate torch nozzle; * Select the type of gas; * Adjust pressure gauges; * Organize the workplace; * Safeguard materials, equipment, and machinery; * Comply with occupational safety standards. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields; * Proven experience operating plasma and/or oxy-fuel cutting machines; * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of AutoCAD or Lantek systems is a plus. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Parking, Profit-sharing, On-site meals, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
