




You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of electromechanical systems, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and machinery that integrate electrical and mechanical components, with the objective of achieving optimal operational efficiency and safety. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and a technical course in Electromechanics or related fields. * Knowledge of electromechanical systems, electricity, and mechanics. * Familiarity with industrial safety standards and Maintenance Plans. * Experience as an electromechanical technician in automated production lines, aerospace, automotive, metalworking, plastics, and/or chemical industries. * Basic Office software package. * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on electromechanical systems (machines, equipment, and installations) to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Additionally, diagnose and resolve issues when failures occur. * Repair circuit boards of equipment operating systems, such as cylindrical bottle labeling machines, electrical panels, and electronic systems. * Participate in the installation and assembly of electromechanical systems, following technical plans and specifications. * Interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams to understand component and system interconnections, supporting troubleshooting and development of maintenance plans. * Use measurement and diagnostic equipment to evaluate the performance of electromechanical components and systems, identifying potential deviations and irregularities and taking corrective action. * Replace worn, defective, or obsolete parts, ensuring electromechanical systems comply with safety and performance standards, and conduct functional tests after repairs. * Support new machine projects by proposing and contributing expertise aimed at maximizing efficiency and productive outcomes. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts replaced, and test results. * Study and propose new processes, improvements, and modernization of machinery to achieve continuous improvement of the production line. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. * Implement and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and corrective maintenance, as well as operator machine training.
