We are looking for a **1st Cook** to join our team! This person will be responsible for leading dish preparation and finishing, ensuring quality, standardization, and food safety at every stage, following guidance from nutritionists and brand standards.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Prepare meals following nutritionist guidelines, respecting cooking methods, food quality, storage, and thawing procedures.
* Execute recipes according to technical specifications, paying attention to portion sizes, standards, and dish presentation.
* Control waste and ensure proper preservation of ingredients.
* Supervise personal hygiene, workplace cleanliness, and kitchen equipment.
* Organize the pre-prep area and maintain inventory control of food and utensils.
* Verify PVPS (Product Validity and Product Safety) systems across all departments and ensure correct expiration dates.
* Monitor equipment hygiene, cold rooms, pre-prep areas, and support areas per sanitary regulations.
* Conduct refrigerator and cold room inspections.
* Ensure maintenance of equipment and materials used.
* Debone meats, poultry, fish, and crustaceans in the absence of supervision.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education
* Prior experience in this role is desirable
* Knowledge of cooking techniques, technical recipe sheets, and good food handling practices
* Organization, agility, and attention to detail
* Experience in the hotel industry is desirable
