If our purpose resonates with you, shall we jointly imagine a future—and engineer\-it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Monitor activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to milestones defined for the project to support fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Focus on analysis of reliability indicators; * Create project schedules; * Monitor and guide multidisciplinary work through project schedule tracking; * Monitor and control project activity schedules and maintenance shutdowns; * Provide support by delivering status-related project control information; * Perform histogram analysis of Labor and Equipment; * Participate in project progress evaluation and control meetings; * Support discipline leads to better direct activities and ensure smooth project execution; * Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as S-curves, productivity indices, etc.; * Plan maintenance activities in alignment with production scheduling. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Agile, committed, and innovative mindset; * Proficiency in Microsoft Project; * Experience in maintenance within mining plant environments. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site); * Work Location: Vitória/ES; * Working Hours: 44 Hours/Week \- 210 Hours/Month; **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Educational institution discounts and partnerships * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
