**ABOUT VIVA PSYCHIATRY** We are a 24-hour psychiatric clinic. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, safe, and easily accessible space for high-level psychiatric treatment, maximizing effectiveness in patient reception and follow-up—from crisis management through discharge. Our inpatient, day-hospital, and outpatient services are delivered by a specialized, multidisciplinary team undergoing continuous training. **JOB MISSION** Work in compliance with best practices, biosafety standards, and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical Nursing qualification; * Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (Coren); **POSITION DETAILS** * Shift position: **Day shift.** * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **(12x36 shift schedule).** **WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Client focus and attention to detail; * Patient safety; **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Carry out admission procedures for patients; * Provide patient care; * Administer prescribed medications; * Assist the technical team in specific procedures; * Promote mental health; * Maintain an organized workplace; * Practice biosafety and safety protocols; * Guide patients and their families; * Participate in and contribute to group activities alongside other mental health professionals; * Accurately, clearly, and promptly document all interventions in the patient’s medical record; * Report any complications to the nurse; * Attend trainings as scheduled by the institution, ensuring ongoing competence and up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health and psychiatric care.
