The Construction Manager is primarily responsible for delivering the project under their leadership, directly accountable for schedule adherence, cost control, quality, safety, site organization, and client satisfaction. We are not seeking merely a technical executor. Develop and implement an action plan and executive strategy. Coordinate in-house and subcontracted teams. Integrate construction activities with Planning, Procurement, Estimating, and Finance departments. Conduct performance review meetings and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation. Represent the company before clients and partners. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Active registration with CREA. Minimum 10 years’ experience managing construction projects and delivering measurable results. Proven experience as the primary person accountable for project delivery. Complete hands-on experience in at least three industrial/logistics warehouse projects. Solid experience in commercial, corporate, or industrial construction projects. Experience with modern construction methods, especially steel structures. Demonstrated track record of schedule adherence and cost control. **RELEVANT PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience with highly complex industrial projects. Experience with ADM, EPC, or turn\-key contracts. Knowledge of Lean Construction or productivity methodologies. Prior employment with mid- to large-sized companies in the sector.
