Execute finishing work on walls, floors, and ceilings. Interpret construction drawings and dimensions to carry out tasks. Apply mortars, concrete, and other civil construction materials. Verify levels, plumb lines, and alignments of structures. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with technical standards. Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
