Responsibilities and Duties Activities * Open and/or close the store: assist in coordinating and organizing the sales area, check inventory levels, fitting rooms, restocking items (if necessary), and all other areas to ensure they are in perfect condition for receiving customers. Recruit and select candidates and ensure adequate staffing for the store; * Monitor sales reports, engage the team to achieve results, communicate individual targets and the team’s collective goal. * Support the immediate manager in coordinating all activities required for store operations (e.g., monthly meetings, team development feedback, evaluation of individual customer service model implementation, team dress code).
