




Main activities: * Conduct non-conformity investigations; * Develop and monitor change plans; * Develop, review, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Manage corrective and preventive action plans; * Plan and conduct internal audits; * Act as an internal quality auditor; * Issue and verify production technical orders and instructions; * Deliver onboarding training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for new employees; * Conduct trainings according to the Annual Quality Training Schedule; * Control, archive, and manage company training records. Requirements: * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Proficiency in Quality Management tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, among others); * Completed bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Administration, or related fields; * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with Effetivo system is desirable.
