Assist in organizing meetings, considering all logistical and administrative procedures. Answer telephone calls, seeking to understand requests and/or questions, forwarding them appropriately when the subject is outside one’s scope of knowledge to expedite resolution. Receive and deliver departmental documents/materials, ensuring proper handling and delivery. Sort, classify, and archive documents and correspondence. Perform various administrative tasks as directed and required. Update electronic spreadsheets as instructed by the immediate supervisor. Verify lists, reports, and tables relevant to the operational area. Organize and control the filing system for documents and/or materials within the operational area. Issue department-related documents and spreadsheets, ensuring information confidentiality. Maintain a clean, clearly labeled, and organized workplace to facilitate team efficiency.
