Focus on customer service excellence and goal tracking **Job Description:** We are looking for a Store Assistant Manager to work in partnership with store management to lead supermarket operations. The professional will support team management, ensure smooth store operations, monitor performance goals, and guarantee customer service excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the store manager with operational and administrative routines; * Monitor team performance and foster a productive work environment; * Ensure department organization and appropriate merchandise stocking; * Support sales analysis, shrinkage control, and KPI management; * Serve customers and resolve conflicts or inquiries; * Participate in shift scheduling and supervision of store opening and closing; * Act as store manager substitute during absences, ensuring operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related areas is preferred); * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or assistant manager in retail/supermarket environments; * Skills in team management, customer service, and goal tracking; * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
