Prerequisites: Completed high school education Resident of Serra\-ES Availability to work from Monday to Saturday Experience with injection molding machines Required Competencies: Operate injection molding machines; Perform basic machine setup (mold changes, adjustments); Feed the machine with raw materials (plastic resins); Production monitoring; Inspect part quality; Fill out production and quality control reports.
