Job Mission Perform pre-loading and loading activities for flexible pipelines and issue process reports for customer delivery. Job Description * Perform inspection of flexible pipelines according to the activity schedule, analyzing possible anomalies and issuing inspection and non-conformance reports (where applicable); * Identify accessories installed at the ends of flexible pipelines and issue reports for delivery to the planning department; * Conduct pre-loading verification based on documentation issued by the planning department, comparing physical items with documentation regarding line polarity and accessories installed at the ends; * Manually cut flexible pipelines or use electric or electro-hydraulic equipment, and issue reports for subsequent delivery to the planning department; * Request equipment: jumbo maneuvers for coil positioning, forklifts and cranes to support all activities involving flexible pipeline ends; * Prepare flexible pipeline ends to enable vessel loading and request equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.) as needed; * Load flexible pipelines onto vessels per documentation issued by the planning department and issue reports related to the activity; * Send and retrieve messenger cables using electric winch operations; * Perform cleaning of flexible pipelines involving crane, forklift, hoist, and water circulation pump operations, and issue activity reports and certificates for customer delivery; * Perform hydrostatic tests on flexible pipelines using high-pressure pumps, monitoring pressure and temperature and recording them in reports, followed by issuance of activity certificates for customer delivery; * Assemble temporary connectors for cleaning and hydrostatic testing, involving welding, oxy-cutting, manual/electric tools, and preparation and injection of Araldite; * Crimp hydraulic terminals onto high-pressure hoses (depressurized), involving hydraulic crimping presses, cutting tools, and precision measuring instruments; You match this role if you have: Completed Technical Education in: Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or Electrotechnology. Valid CFT certification. Desirable experience in operational areas, cargo handling, pressurized systems, cargo handling accessories, and lifting operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad usage.
