Responsibilities and Duties · Supervise and control Blast Furnace operation and pressure, temperature of glendons and crown; · Supervise and monitor pig iron tapping runs; · Calculate melting bed and generate reports according to workflow. · Supervise preparation of charges, raw materials, casting, and ladle handling; · Record all shift occurrences/anomalies in reports and provide support for action plans; · Supervise and control pig iron refining process in the ladle; · Supervise and control raw material silo feeding; · Supervise and control measurement of tap hole height, ensuring its proper location; · Supervise and guide the assistant supervisor in their activities; · Supervise production activity scheduling; · Conduct PO training sessions; · Follow Work Instructions defined for each activity and Occupational Safety Procedures; · Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and promoting 5S (Cleaning, Organization, Order, Hygiene) within their respective area, workplace environment, and equipment in general. Requirements and Qualifications \- Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Electrotechnology. \- Proven experience documented in CTPS (Brazilian Employment Record Book) * Basic computer skills * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
