Job Summary: Professional responsible for document screening, route scheduling, team and vehicle monitoring, and operational support in a transportation company. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed tracking of goods and vehicles REQUIREMENTS: * Completed High School education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in a transportation company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Screen documentation for priority shipments; * Schedule pickup and delivery routes; * Monitor teams and vehicles according to the schedule; * Verify warehouse stock balance (surpluses and shortages) with checkers; * Review pending issue reports jointly with the Operational Coordinator; * Monitor the location of goods within the warehouse; * Verify reports after vehicle release with CTRC/CT\-E; * Provide support to Operational Coordination; * Provide support to Dispatch; * Assist in monitoring the arrival of all pickups, * Returns and IDRs daily; WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 PM to 5:57 AM (Monday to Friday) SEND RESUME TO: (27\) 3089\-5826 Inclusive for PCD.
