If you have logical reasoning skills, are curious, enjoy problem-solving, and want to learn while providing internal system support and assisting the development team, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; **Main Responsibilities** * Provide **Level 1 Support** to internal system users (ticket registration, initial analysis, and routing); * Assist in identifying and correcting systemic inconsistencies; * Support the development team in testing, validation, and system improvements; * Assist with technical documentation and process updates; * Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement and workflow optimization. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 (1 hour break)
