Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Assistant to support branding, institutional communication, and social media initiatives, contributing to the consistency of our visual identity. Ensure visual consistency by following brand guidelines We are looking for a Design Assistant to join our Marketing team. This person will support branding, institutional communication, and social media initiatives, contributing to the development and consistency of our visual identity. If you are creative, organized, and detail-oriented, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation of graphic assets for institutional and digital communication * Develop visual materials for social media * Support the maintenance and application of brand visual identity * Provide support to the content team in producing visual assets * Ensure visual consistency by following brand guidelines * Support coordination with vendors when necessary **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Design, Advertising, or related fields * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and/or Canva * Basic understanding of visual identity and graphic composition * Organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: * Basic video editing knowledge * Experience managing or creating social media content **Additional Information** **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00 * Friday: 08:00–16:00 **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Health and dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Partnerships with educational institutions Founded by CEO Eduardo Codeço and with 19 years of history, the PERC ROCCO Group has established itself in the construction sector, becoming a benchmark for quality in project design and execution, with expertise in drainage and paving, property revitalization, dams, urban development and land subdivision, highways, and other commercial projects.
