Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs The Coutinho Group (Extrabom, Extraplus, and Atacado Vem retail chains) — one of the largest food retail companies in Espírito Santo, with 49 stores and continuous growth — is seeking a Controller Analyst. Responsibilities * Prepare and analyze managerial income statements (DRE), financial reports, and financial performance reports. * Conduct budget monitoring (actual vs. budgeted), identifying variances and opportunities. * Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs. * Support the budget planning process. * Build and update dashboards and financial models (Excel/Power BI). * Assist in implementing procedures, policies, and internal controls. * Conduct cost, margin, expense, and profitability analyses. * Support internal and external audits.
