




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Ultrafresh team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing fresh products, and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. As part of the Ultrafresh Market team, led by the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering excellent customer service by applying Alcampo's established Welcome Model, providing information to meet customers' needs. * Receiving goods while ensuring freshness and incoming product conditions. * Monitoring existing stock, supporting the Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders, and ensuring product availability. * Preparing section products according to established protocols, arranging attractive displays, and correctly labeling items. * Monitoring and removing products that fail to meet required quality standards. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising equipment and utensils, as well as maintaining section facilities. * Scheduling section shifts and helping improve team professionalism through training. Desired Skills and Knowledge: We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and possess: \- Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Bakery Assistant. \- Compulsory Secondary Education. \- Training in food handling/food safety and bakery machinery. \- Basic office software skills.
