**Responsibilities and Duties**
Provide individual or group psychological counseling; Assess employee eligibility for specific health programs and/or need for referral to external specialists; Propose, plan, and manage collaboration with multidisciplinary health teams and other PETROBRAS departments, as appropriate; Advise leadership, management, HR, SMS, and other members of the Health Service on psychosocial risks; Prepare technical reports and opinions; Propose, plan, and manage targeted interventions—including guidance and regular monitoring—according to protocols provided by PETROBRAS for employees and program target audiences; Provide guidance and deliver care in health programs that may involve chemical dependency, quality of life, mental health, interpersonal and professional relationships, among others, per PETROBRAS guidelines and regulations; Provide guidance and deliver individualized or collective health support in cases of workplace violence; Develop educational materials, deliver lectures, and engage in health-related educational activities targeting leadership, the workforce, and health/HR professionals; Promote mental health in the workplace through collaborative, specialized, and multidisciplinary actions for the entire workforce; Assess work-related psychosocial factors and the impact of organizational and technological changes on employees’ mental health; Conduct shared consultations with multidisciplinary teams; Perform team mentoring; Conduct home and hospital visits; Record information and interventions in designated forms and/or computerized systems; Perform other duties described in Law No. 4,119/62 and its amendments, Decree No. 53,464/64, the Professional Regulation Guidelines issued by the Federal Psychology Council (CFP), as well as other applicable norms from the Federal Psychology Council (CFP), Regional Psychology Councils (CRP), Ministry of Labor and Employment’s Regulatory Standards (NRs), and current legislation.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* "Education Level: Higher Education — Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, certified by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).
* "Postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and/or Psychoanalysis and/or Work Psychology, recognized by the MEC. Training courses, capacity-building programs, or professional development programs completed within the last two years in: Psychological First Aid, Emotional Crisis Intervention, and/or Support for Victims of Violence."
* "Six (6) years of experience in clinical psychology. Preferred: Experience in mental health activities within organizational psychology."
* "Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience applying occupational health concepts within organizations and/or participation in multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health care and health promotion.
* Valid registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP) in the respective locality where practicing. "
* Biosafety training or NR32 certification. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by PETROBRAS. "
