. **Responsibilities and duties** Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and first-level leadership positions: profile alignment, job posting, resume screening, and candidate selection. Manage the onboarding process (scheduling medical exams, verifying documentation, data entry into systems), offboarding process (employee support, termination settlement, data registration in systems), and benefits administration (from data entry to monthly purchases). Provide payroll input data to corporate. Review monthly and annual reports (FGTS, INSS, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF), manage vacation tracking. Timekeeping management and support in schedule planning. Support the General Management in promoting actions to improve organizational climate and internal communication within the establishment. Lead Training & Development initiatives.
