Contributes to a friendly and collaborative work environment **Location:** Grupo Vessa Veículos **Job Description:** The General Services Assistant – Cleaning is responsible for maintaining organization, preservation, and hygiene of the company’s indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for employees and customers. Performs preventive and corrective actions in cleaning routines while ensuring proper use of equipment, cleaning supplies, and facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, cafeterias, showrooms, workshops, and other common areas. * Perform sweeping, garbage collection, floor washing, window cleaning, wall cleaning, furniture cleaning, and equipment cleaning using appropriate products. * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). * Assist in organizing spaces for internal events or meetings. * Comply with safety regulations and proper handling instructions for chemical products. * Report repair needs or supply replenishment requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Contribute to a positive organizational climate through courteous and collaborative behavior. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance services is a plus. * Basic knowledge of sanitation practices and safe handling of cleaning products. * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Punctuality * Teamwork * Discretion and commitment **Benefits:** Food basket Health and dental insurance Life insurance Meal allowance (on-site cafeteria, at no cost to the employee).
