Our software — **Nicatto** **Tooling** and **Nicatto After\-Sales** — is used by dealerships, automotive groups, and industries requiring traceability, control, and process organization. We are not a generic system. We were born from a real operation and evolved guided by our customers’ real challenges. We are part of the Clickativo Group, with 16 years in the market in Vila Velha/ES. What You’ll Do You’ll join the team responsible for maintaining and evolving Nicatto’s products. In practice, this means: * Responding to and resolving customer support tickets * Fixing bugs and performing application maintenance * Developing improvements and new features * Documenting what you build and resolve * Direct interaction with customers — understanding their pain points and translating them into solutions This role requires responsibility, clear communication, and a continuous willingness to learn. PHP knowledge is a plus, not a requirement — those unfamiliar can learn over time with team support.
