Responsibilities:
* Conduct and respond to internal and external audits, as well as support or lead INMETRO, Renner Group, ISO (future), and other audits.
* Respond to and monitor the handling of non-conformities arising from audit processes.
* Respond to, support, and perform non-conformity handling activities across all company’s standard processes—spanning product development through after-sales (retail, e-commerce, and end customers).
* Record activities in the Quality application;
* Execute and operationalize audit processes and non-conformity resolution to generate BI indicators;
* Handle high-complexity operational tasks and provide related support;
* Maintain up-to-date controls over performed activities, consistently monitoring critical points and proactively implementing corrective actions;
* Support department-related activities and cross-process interactions during colleague absences or shortages, provided the individual is qualified for the task or under direct supervision;
* Maintain order, equipment, and tools in their work area; report to their immediate supervisor for maintenance services, software installations, or resource requests as needed; and ensure data handling and access comply with internal information security policies, standards, or directives;
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Completed Technical Qualification in Quality and/or completed Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Production, or related fields;
* Practical experience in Quality control and management; Quality tools; Non-conformity resolution (root cause analysis and action plans);
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (advanced level is preferred), TOTVS Datasul system knowledge, familiarity with AI tools.

Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract
Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month
