Responsibilities and Duties * Support the team’s daily activities, contributing to workplace organization and efficiency. * Conduct research and compile information to support projects and decision-making. * Monitor and record ongoing activities, ensuring information remains up to date. * Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement. * Collaborate in preparing reports, presentations, and documents required by the department. * Assist in customer and supplier interactions, as needed, ensuring effective communication. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Reside in Conceição das Alagoas\- MG or Uberaba\- MG. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Desirable Requirements * Aptitude for spreadsheet development. * Familiarity with SAP system.
