We are seeking an Intern who will support the execution of activities aimed at maintaining the operations of the Internal Risk and Controls area, contributing to the improvement of processes related to legal requirement management, as well as supporting institutional risk management control and business continuity initiatives. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor daily the availability of newly inserted legal requirements in the information system and forward them to the relevant departments; * Assist in populating spreadsheets and data in the Legal Requirements Management System; * Support non-conformance management; * Monitor deadlines established for departmental activities and assist company departments in filling out the system and handling incidents; * Assist with administrative tasks of the department and track action plans; * Assist in controlling and organizing documents related to risk management and legal requirements processes; * Assist in collecting data regarding the performance of departmental processes and preparing management reports; * Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the workplace; * Comply with the company's health and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree: Administration, Law, Production Engineering, or related fields; must be enrolled from the 5th semester onward; * Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Risk management knowledge (preferred). * **Additional information** Benefits: Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance; Medical and hospital assistance; Dental assistance; Oriente Me (psychological therapy platform); Wellhub (Gympass); Birthday day off; Located at the heart of Brazil, BH Airport is always open to deliver the best airport experience.
