Job Summary: The Quality Coordinator leads the Quality Management System, ensuring product, process, and system compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the Quality Management System and promote continuous improvement 2. Develop and train the Quality team for operational excellence 3. Strategically manage quality indicators and tools The Quality Coordinator is responsible for leading the unit's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance of products, processes, and systems. They act strategically in managing the team, indicators, and quality tools, promoting continuous improvement, customer requirement fulfillment, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with standards, corporate requirements, and customer specifications; * Lead, develop, and train the Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence; * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations in area activities; * Coordinate laboratory activities, inspections, and internal and external audits; * Lead nonconformance analyses, customer complaints, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor quality indicators, such as PPM, customer complaints, quality-related scrap, cost of poor quality, and audit compliance; * Ensure application of quality tools, including SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, MASP, 8D, and PDCA; * Lead continuous improvement projects, reduce process variability, and increase production capacity; * Support Production, Engineering, Process, and Maintenance areas in structured problem-solving; * Manage budget, resources, contracts, and Quality Management System documentation, representing the company in audits and certifications. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; * Experience in industrial quality management and team leadership; * Experience with Quality Management Systems and statistical tools; * Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, MASP, 8D, and PDCA; * Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the metal packaging, beverage, or consumer goods industry; * Familiarity with major beverage manufacturers' requirements; * Green Belt or Black Belt certification; * Knowledge of TOTVS and Power BI; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
