For the selected candidate, these behaviors will be critical to increasing Corbion employee engagement and essential to achieving Corbion’s objectives! **Position Summary** As our Production Operator, you will be based at the Orindiúva\-SP plant and report directly to the Production Coordinator. You will serve as a technical resource for the Operations team. This role develops process expertise and subsequently trains, advises, and supports the Operations team on day\-to\-day issues and opportunities related to safety, quality, yield, reliability, and cost. **Responsibilities** * Follow all GMPs, safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies. * Support training across all systems to enable operators to perform daily tasks effectively, including writing and delivering procedures and training. * Ensure all tasks are performed consistently with safety standards. * Reduce manufacturing variability by providing standard work methods and work instructions. * Collaborate with local Planning and Scheduling departments to optimize the production schedule. * Ensure waste is correctly categorized according to applicable hazardous/solid waste rules and properly stored on\-site, then disposed of at appropriate off\-site disposal locations. * Demonstrate and encourage teamwork; show respect for others. * Perform additional tasks as required to achieve goals. * Actively participate in the 5S program and good manufacturing practices. * Prioritize your own safety and that of fellow colleagues by adhering to operational safety and operating procedures. **Requirements**: * Industrial experience or technical training preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Written, verbal, analytical, and keyboard skills. * Hardworking individual with a positive attitude. * A positive team\-oriented attitude is essential. **About Corbion** Corbion is a sustainable ingredients company dedicated to preserving what matters, including food and food production, health, and the planet.
