Job Summary: Assist in carrying out civil construction activities, from preliminary services such as demolition and site cleaning to earthworks, masonry structures, and finishing works, in compliance with safety regulations. Focus on workplace safety and organization **Description:** Assist in executing civil construction-related activities following instructions and procedures established by the immediate supervisor. Support preliminary services including demolitions, debris removal, and land clearing, as well as earthwork tasks such as excavation and compaction. Contribute to constructing retaining walls, shoring systems, and foundations; assist in masonry work including wall erection and base maintenance; prepare and organize formwork and reinforcement for concrete pouring; support installation of drainage, sewage, and water supply systems; assist in applying finishes such as floor and tile installation; perform maintenance and minor repairs on civil structures; keep tools and machinery clean and in proper working condition; ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; observe safety, health, quality, and hygiene standards in all activities; perform duties aligned with company values and policies, including the Code of Ethics and Conduct; assist in other related functions as directed by the immediate supervisor; ensure correct use of civil construction materials and tools.
