




**Job Summary** · Serve customers at the pharmacy counter for medication dispensing, providing guidance on proper medication use; · Attend to customer requests for blood pressure measurements, using appropriate equipment and in a designated area; · Perform glucose testing on customers as specified in documentation, including blood collection, placing samples into dedicated devices, performing site antisepsis, and recording results on specific forms; · Administer injectable medications to customers according to medical prescriptions; · Monitor the entire sanitation process of the injection room, verifying daily completion of cleaning control checklists and properly archiving them for regulatory inspections; · Oversee activities related to the collection of sharp waste materials performed by contracted companies, maintaining proper records of removals to meet inspection requirements upon request; · Ensure all necessary supplies for administering injections or conducting glucose tests (gloves, 70% alcohol, antiseptic soap, and paper towels) are available during tasks, keeping supporting documentation archived for inspection purposes; · Ensure the preservation and validity of controlled substances and antibiotics stored in the store to guarantee service quality; · Ensure that cabinets storing controlled medications remain properly locked and safeguard the cabinet key; · Enter all prescriptions from the previous day into the system daily and submit reports on movements of controlled and antibiotic products; · Correct reports returned with errors from the National Controlled Products Management System (SNGPC) and resubmit them; · Conduct monthly inventory counts of controlled products, ensuring the cabinet is always up to date; · Keep the workplace clean and organized, taking care of tools and materials provided for job tasks; · Perform work with quality, ethics, and responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding company-related matters; · Carry out other related duties as assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.
