Maintenance and inventory control of vials; * Critical analysis of fermentation batch results, cleaning validation, and plant environmental monitoring; * Investigation of fermentation process contaminations, microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products; * Investigate potential analytical deviations in process monitoring results, preparation, translation, and review of Standard Operating Procedures; * Verification and implementation of compendial methodologies and analyses related to processes and products; * Evaluation of analytical documentation, following specific regulations and standards, procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies for the Quality Control department and processes; * Purchasing and laboratory material inventory management; * Management of preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment; * Participation in adaptation of analytical methods for new products according to technology transfer and process requirements; * Issuance of Reports, Certificates, Reports, and Opinions; * Support supplier qualification and certification programs by providing information on raw material quality and supporting audits; * Assist in conducting investigations of out\-of\-specification results and responses to such results; * Preparation, storage, and disposal of reagents and leftovers; * Contact suppliers, request quotations, and submit purchase requests for equipment and accessories for the Process Laboratory to the responsible supervisor; * Perform instrument calibrations and analytical adjustments; * Participate in discussions on non\-conformities related to product risks and Good Manufacturing Practices in the department; * Liquid chromatography and associated software; * Statistical control of inoculum growth. **Requirements:** * English \- writing, reading, and speaking (the selection process includes interviews in English); * Bachelor’s degree completed in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields. Master's/post\-graduate degree with specialization in a related area is desirable; * Operational level computer skills. Knowledge of Quality System standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP); * Experience in industrial and/or academic laboratory routines.
