Description
#### **Responsibilities:**
* Manage and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring availability and safety.
* Implement and monitor fleet performance KPIs, such as fuel consumption, downtime, and maintenance costs.
* Coordinate driver and mechanic teams, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring route and deadline compliance.
* Develop and implement vehicle and traffic safety policies, promoting team awareness.
* Control the fleet budget, analyzing expenses and identifying cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
* Use tracking and telematics systems to monitor vehicle performance and identify deviations.
* Manage fleet legal documentation (licensing, traffic fines, insurance) and ensure compliance with regulations.
#### **Requirements:**
* Experience managing large-scale fleets.
* Solid knowledge of automotive and vehicular electrical mechanics, including light and heavy vehicles.
* Proficiency in fleet management software.
* Ability to analyze data and generate managerial reports on fleet performance.
* Experience with vehicle tracking and telematics systems.
* Knowledge of traffic legislation and regulatory standards for cargo and passenger transportation.
* Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
