Contribution to the construction of structures, drainage systems, and finishing works. **Description:** Assist in carrying out civil construction-related activities, following instructions and procedures established by the immediate supervisor. Support preliminary works such as demolitions, debris removal, and land clearing, as well as earthmoving tasks including excavations and compaction. Contribute to constructing masonry structures, drainage systems, and finishing works, ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness. Perform duties in compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in performing preliminary works, such as demolitions, debris removal, and land clearing. · Support earthmoving operations, including excavations, fillings, and compaction. · Contribute to constructing retaining walls, shoring systems, and foundations. · Assist in masonry works, such as erecting and maintaining walls and bases. · Prepare and organize formwork and reinforcement for concrete pouring of structures. · Support installation of drainage, sewage, and water supply systems. · Assist in applying finishing works, such as laying floor tiles and wall tiles. · Perform maintenance and minor repairs on civil structures. · Keep tools and machinery clean and in proper working condition. · Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. · Observe safety, health, quality, and hygiene standards in all activities. · Carry out duties aligned with company values and policies, including the Code of Ethics and Conduct. · Assist in other related functions as directed by the immediate supervisor.
