Responsibilities * Provide in-person and digital customer service; * Conduct customer service via WhatsApp Business; * Organize products and maintain store order; * Assist with the unit's operational routines; * Contribute to delivering excellent customer service. Requirements * Completed high school education (preferred); * Minimum age of 18 years; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Prior experience in customer service is considered a plus. Work Schedule * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off; * Working hours: 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM\.
